This exotic tropical spinach sugarcane recipe was submitted to us by Helen from Honolulu Hawaii. First off it should be stated that sugarcane shoots are very tough, and so you might not want to juice them if your juicer isn't very strong. I use a 1000 watt Breville juicer, which could probably juice a cinder block if it needed to. For step one, you will want to thoroughly wash and rinse your spinach and sugarcane shoots, making sure that they are extra clean and sterile. Next turn on your juicer, place a juice collection canister underneath the spout, and then feed the produce through it. Once you have enough juice, turn the machine off, and then stir the beverage so that the flavor is uniform and even. At this point, you can either serve the juice fresh at room temperature, or you can pour it over the top of crushed ice, and slowly drink it down chilled. We hope that you enjoyed this sweet and extra healthy spinach juice beverage recipe.
