To get started, first you will want to meticulously wash and rinse all of your spinach and fresh cantaloupe. Next take out a kitchen knife, and carve off the tough outer cantaloupe skin. Next remove the seeds from the inner portion of the melon. Moving along, next cut the cantaloupe into cubes or strips that will easily fit into your juicer. Now that your fruits and vegetables are ready to process, turn on your electric juicer, and run all the produce through it. Make approximately a half to a full liter of fresh juices.
