This key lime spinach juice recipe is a variation of our lemon spinach juice blast recipe. To get started, first you will want to wash and rinse your fresh organic spinach and ripe medium size key limes. Once the produce is sterile, take out a sharp knife and carve away the green outer lime peel. You can juice the lime with it's peel, however it will cause your juice to taste quite bitter. You are now ready to begin juicing, so place a half liter or pint size drinking glass under your juice spigot, turn the juice machine on, and then run the produce through it. Continue juicing until your glass is nearly full, using as much spinach as needed to accomplish this. Once your glass is full of the green liquid, stir in one teaspoon of organic raw honey, stirring until it fully dissolves within the glass.
