This lemon spinach juice blast is a recipe that I recently tried out, and so I thought I would share it with you all here on my website. To begin creating this tasty and healthy beverage, first you will want to thoroughly wash and rinse your raw organic spinach and medium size lemons. Next take out a sharp kitchen knife, and then carefully remove the peel from the lemons. Some people do juice the lemons with their peels, but I personally find that this can ruin the taste of the juice, as the peel can be extremely bitter. Once all of your produce is ready to juice, take out your machine, plug it in, and then place a tall half liter glass under the juice spigot. Finally you will want to turn on the machine, and begin feeding your fruit and veggies through it. Continue juicing until you have at least a half liter or pint of juice, which depending on how fresh your spinach is, means that you might have to use more than one bunch of greens. Once your glass or collection vessel is full, stir in your organic raw bees honey until it fully dissolves into the spinach juice. Consume the juice at room temperature while the live honey enzymes are still active.
