This spinach wild grass juice recipe is a potent but extremely healthy beverage. When you are gathering your wild grass for juicing, be extra careful not to harvest any grass or wild wheatgrass that has been contaminated. In other words, don't harvest the grass from places where the ground may have been treated with pesticides or other toxic chemicals. I get my natural wild grass on my own property, so I know it's safe. Once you have your produce, thoroughly wash and rinse it using a metal strainer. Next you will want to take out your juicer and plug it in. Moving along, for the next step you will want to place a half liter glass under your juicer spigot. Next turn your juice machine on and then feed your crisp organic spinach and fresh picked wild grass through it. Once your glass is full turn off the machine, and then stir the juice blend to even out the herby flavor.
