Christian from Los Angeles California was kind enough to email my staff this tangy spinach grapefruit juice recipe for publishing here on our site. This juice is ultra refreshing, and a great beverage to have for breakfast. To get started, first you will want to thoroughly wash and rinse your spinach and grapefruits. Next take out a very sharp serrated knife, and carefully carve away all of the grapefruit peel. You will then want to quarter each grapefruit so that they will fit easily into your juice machine. Next you will want to take out your juicer, making sure that you place at least a half liter to a liter size juice collection container under the machine spout. Once you are fully prepped and ready to roll, you can turn the machine on and begin juicing. Continue doing so until you have enough juice. The finished color of the liquids will be a medium green. Once you are finished, take out a wooden spoon and quickly stir up the juice. Next stir in the single teaspoon of raw organic bees honey, making sure that it fully dissolves into the liquid. Serve the juice at room temperature without ice, as you want the enzymes from the honey to remain live and active. Cheers, we hope that you liked this.
